Educational Background: Advanced university degree in economics, community development or other fields relevant to the requirements of this assignment
Work Experience: At least 5 years experience in disaster risk management, civil protection, natural resources management or similar
Languages: Fluency in English, with excellent writing skills is required
Expected Starting Date: As soon as possible
