UN Edutainment -seminaari

The next UN Edutainment will be organized on the official UN Day on Thursday, October 24 at 18:00. As our guest speaker we will have Kirsti Lintonen, former Permanent Representative of Finland to the United Nations (2005-2009). She will tell about her work and time at the UN headquarters and also share with us her views on issues currently on the UN agenda. Join us for an interesting discussion! To celebrate the official UN Day, starting from 17:30 you will also have the chance to have your photo taken with the UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon... or maybe not with the actual Ban Ki-moon but with a fun, strikingly look-alike cardboard version of him! Eurooppasali is located in Kamppi, the address is Malminkatu 16. Coffee and snacks will be served at the event.

UN Edutainment is a monthly seminar for everyone interested in international relations and the United Nations. It is organized by Finnish Model United Nations (FinMUN) together with the UN Youth Association of Helsinki (HYKY). Each seminar includes a presentation by a guest lecturer, followed by Q&A and discussion. All UN Edutainment seminars are held in English.
